Early Life and Career Beginnings
Mabry Moss was born in Marianna, Florida, and initially pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Science at the University of Florida.
His interest in costume design emerged during his participation in theatrical productions at school. After graduating, Moss moved to Hollywood and studied art. This led him to a contract with Warner Bros.
